Provides assessments, develops service/treatment plans, reviews effectiveness of goals/services, and ensures services are documented.
Functions as a member of an integrated school-based health center team.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling with appropriate licensure.
LMSW preferred.
At least 2 years' experience in mental health assessment and treatment of youth and their families.
Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to be punctual, manage time and crisis situations flexibly & effectively, and demonstrate good judgment.
Position is full-time (37.
5 hours per week).
